Make an audio QR code
Share an interview, spoken guide or other recording from one page. Add a supported MP3, an outside recording link, or both. People scan the code and choose when to listen.
Choose an upload, a recording link, or both
Use a supported MP3 for the upload. ovbq does not extract audio from a video or convert another format to MP3. Visitors choose when to start the native player.
Use a supported SoundCloud link for an outside option.
Outside recordings open on their own service. ovbq does not embed the player or automatically fetch a recording or preview. An ordinary Website link code can also point directly to an outside recording under its usual rules.
The other service handles your visit and playback under its own terms and privacy policy. It may require sign-in or have its own access limits. Access restrictions on this ovbq page do not protect the recording there.
Make the audio QR code
Open Video or audio in the code maker. Add your MP3, supported recording link or both, a title and the required Transcript and description. Choose the transcript's actual language, review the recording and text, confirm that they match and save. A language choice does not translate your writing.
Check audio size and duration
The plans below currently offer audio uploads. Both the size and length limits apply to each MP3. The free plan does not include these pages.
| Plan | File size | Length |
|---|---|---|
| Pro | Up to 16 MB | Up to 10 minutes |
| Business | Up to 32 MB | Up to 20 minutes |
We don't remove details stored inside your audio file. Check for private names, artwork or location details before uploading.
Recordings, captions, transcripts and poster images use your account's existing file storage. See pricing and media Help.
Add a readable transcript
Write the spoken words and important sounds as visible text. Include what someone needs to understand the recording if they cannot listen. Every page needs this alternative, including a page with only an outside link. Choose its actual language; ovbq does not generate or translate it.
The transcript remains readable independently of playback. It does not add a caption track to an audio player or to the outside service. Check that service's own alternatives too. If the complete text will not fit the editor's limit, choose a shorter recording instead of removing necessary information.
Only share recordings and supporting material you have permission to use, including music and voices. Keep your original files and a copy of your transcript.
Test listening before printing
Scan a sample at its final print size. Test play, pause and seeking where supported, and read the transcript on devices your visitors will use. Check every outside host and whether the provider requires sign-in or restricts access.
For a protected recording, Load audio asks for the page password again. The full recording must download before playback. With JavaScript, the loaded player stays paused until you press Play. Without it, Download audio downloads the file for your own player. A playback error does not automatically open an outside service.
A recorded page scan is not a completed listen or a unique listener. Use the scan-count guide to understand what is recorded.
Update the audio page
While your plan allows editing, update the saved page without changing its printed link. Review and update the transcript whenever the recording or outside link changes.
A known rejected replacement keeps the saved recording or link. If a save cannot be confirmed, check the saved version before trying again.
Replacing or removing content here cannot recall copies already downloaded or remove an independent outside recording. Keep your originals.
