Printable QR code cards

Choose a layout, add your words and download a sheet to print at actual size. Each code is checked for the distance people scan it from. For a code on every receipt, download a receipt printer image.

Sheet options

A small ovbq.com line prints at the bottom. Print the PDF at actual size (100%), with page scaling off.

Letter is 8.5 by 11 inches. A4 is 210 by 297 mm.

Card options

Offer nothing in return for a review, and show the code to every customer, not only happy ones. Google, Yelp and the FTC each have rules on this. See the rules.

Each card is made for the distance people scan it from, which sets how wide the code prints. Your code keeps its look and frame, and each layout is checked before you download. Yelp cards use "Find us on Yelp" instead of your own frame message.

Table tent: 2 per sheet, 4.25 by 5.5 inches a side on Letter or 105 by 148.5 mm on A4, fold in half. Counter card: 2 per sheet, 5 by 7 inches on Letter or A5 on A4. Receipt-size card: 10 per sheet, 3.5 by 2 inches on Letter or 85 by 55 mm on A4. Sticker: 6 per sheet, 3 by 3 inches. Only the code and its message fit on a sticker. Table tents, counter cards and stickers are for scans at 1.5 feet (45 cm). Receipt-size cards are for 1 foot (30 cm).

Yelp asks businesses not to request reviews, so a Yelp card says "Find us on Yelp" and opens your Yelp page.

Yelp cards use only these headlines, with "Find us on Yelp" by the code. Your own headline and frame message aren't printed on a Yelp card.

The second code is a plain fixed code, black on white. Each code has its own message, so leave the shared headline empty.
