Make an image gallery QR code
Put several photos behind one QR code instead of giving people a separate link for each picture. A gallery page can show a selection of your work, photos of a place or highlights from an event. The pictures live on ovbq; the code opens their page.
One picture or a gallery?
Use an image QR code for one poster, photograph or floor plan. Choose a gallery when people need to browse several pictures together. A gallery does not collect photos from guests: you choose and upload the pictures it shows.
Put the pictures in a useful order
Start with the picture that best explains the page. Add a short introduction if visitors need context, then arrange the photos in the order you want people to see them. Give each meaningful picture a description of what it shows. Use a caption for names, dates or context that everyone should read.
A filename such as IMG_1234 does not describe a photo. For a room photo, describe the relevant detail, such as “Step-free entrance beside the front reception desk.” Keep important instructions in readable page text rather than only inside a picture.
Check space before uploading
Gallery pictures count toward your plan's shared file storage. Check the gallery's image-count limit, accepted file types and size limit in the editor before uploading. The gallery does not add a separate storage allowance. Full pictures, thumbnails and uploads waiting to be saved all use that storage. Unsaved uploads expire at the times shown in the editor; choose Save gallery to publish the complete draft. See pricing for the plans and their limits.
Use photos you have the right and permission to publish. People who can open the gallery can see its pictures and may keep copies. It is not a private photo backup.
Change the photos without a new print
While your plan allows editing, change the gallery's pictures, captions and order without replacing the printed code. Save, then scan the same code again to check the result. Removing a picture from the page cannot recall a copy someone already saved.
Try one printed copy
Scan a sample at its final size. Read the introduction and captions, check every picture and open any website link. If the page is meant for visitors at a venue, try it from where they will stand.
