Why we built ovbq

A QR code on a menu, sign or box can stay in use for years. An editable code holds a short link, not your page. That lets you change the page later. If the company behind the link stops sending people on, every printed copy leads nowhere; the only fix is a reprint.

We built ovbq so that your printed codes don't depend on whether you keep paying.

If you stop paying, everything keeps working for 30 days, and we email you when your plan ends, then on day 7 and day 25. After that, your 2 oldest website-link codes stay on Free, live or paused as you left them. The others show a short notice; any continue action follows the code's access restrictions. Nothing is deleted, and paying again brings back as many as your plan has room for.

If a code stops working when we promised it wouldn't, we pay your documented reprint costs, up to $250 per account in total (the conditions). A few exceptions, such as abuse, fraud or a chargeback, are in our Terms.

If ovbq ever closes, we email you at least 90 days ahead, and your codes follow their saved pauses and access restrictions during that notice period, with the exceptions in Terms section 13. On every plan, you can download the list of your links and where each one points.

ovbq is a service of Othex Corp, a Florida company, at 5645 Coral Ridge Drive STE 137, Coral Springs, FL 33076.
