Share hours and contact details by QR code

Give customers one page for your business hours, address and ways to contact you. Put its QR code on a window, counter card or flyer, and update the page while your plan allows editing. You do not need to build a separate website to share these details.

A business page or a page of links?

A business page helps someone decide when to visit and how to reach you. Its main information is your business name, a short introduction, hours, address and contact actions.

A link-in-bio page helps someone choose among your links and social profiles. Use it when a list of destinations is the main thing you want to share. If your existing website already has the right information, a website-link code may be all you need.

Start with what a visitor needs

Write a short introduction that explains what you do. Add the address customers should visit, your weekly hours and the business's time zone. If you work online and do not receive visitors, say that clearly rather than publishing an address people should not use.

Choose the most useful next step, such as contacting you or opening your booking page. A booking link opens the service you use for appointments; the business page does not run a booking calendar. Give each action a clear label and check the page or contact details it opens.

Only publish an address and contact details you intend customers to see. This matters if the business is based at your home.

Keep the details current

Update the hours or contact links on the page when they change, then scan the printed code again. The QR pattern stays the same. A useful printed caption is “Scan for hours and contact” because it stays relevant when the details change.

Check before printing a batch

Preview the page on a small screen. Check the address, every day's hours and each action. Test any directions link and make sure it leads to the correct place. Print one code at the intended size and try it before ordering more copies.

“Business page” names the kind of page, not the subscription you must buy. Check pricing for availability. The page does not create or verify a business listing with another service.
