QR codes for salons and spas

Put one code on your mirrors, your front desk and your appointment cards. When your booking page, price list or specials change, change where the code goes. The printed cards stay the same.

Where salons and spas put codes

  • Each station's mirror, so clients can book their next visit before they leave the chair.
  • The front desk, for your price list, your gift card page or your newsletter sign-up.
  • Appointment cards and receipts, pointing to online booking, or after the visit to your Google review link. Or a WhatsApp QR code for client questions that opens a chat with you.
  • The front window, so people walking past can see your hours and book.

Give each spot its own code, and you can see which one clients actually use. For the desk and the mirrors, printable counter cards and stickers take a minute to set up.

Change the link, keep the cards

An editable code holds a short ovbq link, not your page itself. You choose where it goes. When your summer specials end, or you move to a new booking system, sign in, paste the new link and save. Every printed card and mirror sticker opens the new page from the next scan.

A price list can live on your website, or as a PDF or image we host on Pro and Business. When prices change, replace the file, and the code stays the same. See how to put a PDF behind a QR code.

See when clients scan, and make it look like yours

Every editable code counts its scans. Its page shows a chart of the last 30 days and a chart by hour of the day, plus the kind of phone and browser. On Pro and Business, it also shows which countries the scans came from. We never record a city or GPS position, and we don't store IP addresses.

On Pro and Business, editable codes can use your colors and your logo. A mirror card is read from about 1 ft (30 cm), so the code should be at least 1.2 in (3 cm) wide, not counting its white border. Print dark on light, and scan a test copy first.

A Wi-Fi code for the waiting area

Clients can join your guest Wi-Fi by scanning a code, with no typing. Make one on our free QR code maker: choose Wi-Fi, enter the network name and password, and download it. A Wi-Fi code is always fixed and always free, because phones read the network details from the code itself. If you change the password, print a new one.

Pro is $9 a month and Business is $29 a month. You can also pay yearly, with 2 months free: see pricing.

For one page with your booking, website and social links, make a link in bio page on Pro or Business.

For your offer and terms, with an optional code and last day, make a coupon page on Pro or Business. Customers show it at checkout.

Give customers one page for your hours, contact details and the place you want them to visit. A business page QR code keeps that information together.

Try it with your booking link

Paste your booking link into the free maker and see the code. Free covers 2 editable codes. Pro, at $9 a month, covers 50, in your own colors and with your logo.
